The lift (Lift D) which services Council House Car Park is currently unavailable while repairs are being carried out.

During this time, both parking bays at the rear of Council House will be designated as ACROD bays. The usual 5-minute bay will be temporarily replaced with hooded signage.

Concierge staff can assist visitors requiring ACROD parking and direct them to the rear bays. A-frame and directional signage will be in place to guide drivers.

Please note, ACROD parking in the Council House Car Park will be temporarily unavailable as Lift D access is closed.

We’re doing everything we can to have the lift back in action as soon as possible, at this stage it is expected the lift will return to service by Friday 16 January 2026.
