Licence Plate Technology - no ticket required, drive up to the barrier which will automatically open and record your registration plate number. Prepay for your parking using the parking machines or pay as you exit by entering your registration plate number. Barrier will automatically open.

Due to essential repairs, Lift D at Council House is temporarily unavailable. During this period, the two parking bays at the rear of Council House will be designated as ACROD bays, replacing the usual 5-minute bay with temporary signage. Please note that ACROD parking within the Council House Car Park will be unavailable while Lift D access is closed. The lift is expected to return to service by Friday 16 January 2026.
