Will I still be able to park underneath the PCEC?

There will be reduced parking availability at the Convention Centre car park from Monday 7 March 2016 to Friday 29 April 2016 due to the installation and removal of infrastructure associated with the event.

During these dates the outside section of Zone B of the Convention Centre car park will be unavailable.

I am a CPP Long Term Parking Permit holder; will I still be able to park underneath the PCEC?

Yes, the car park will still be fully operational for general and reserved bay permit holders.

What are the closest alternative car parks if the car park is full?

The closest CPP car parks to the Convention Centre are Elder Street, His Majesty’s, Council House, Terrace Road and Concert Hall car parks.

Will CPP open additional parking areas?

For larger events at the PCEC, Perth Concert Hall, Elizabeth Quay and other major event venues, CPP will open Terrace Road car park grassed area.  Individual events with overflow parking will be advertised closer to the dates.  There are no planned shuttle busses from alternate car parks to the PCEC.

Will the event affect pedestrian access in and out of the Convention Centre car park?

Are there special drop off and collection points?

PCEC has a dedicated drop off and collection point to the Pavilion level of the centre. The driveway is accessible from before the Mill Street entrance to the car park and behind the Adina Hotel.

Please keep in mind that payment is required once you enter the Convention Centre car park, as such, the car park is not suitable as a drop off/collection point.

Can I book a parking bay for the event?

Due to the limited parking available at the Convention Centre car park, individual or large group booking applications will need to be made to the CPP Events Officer.

Who can I contact if I have additional parking enquiries?

If you have additional parking enquiries, please phone CPP on 1300 889 613 or email info.city@cityofperth.wa.gov.au
